By placing an order on kingscollection.ca you agree to the following terms.

Products. We sell collectible scale model cars intended for adult collectors. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14. Product photos may be manufacturer images; minor variations between photo and delivered item (production batch differences) can occur and are not defects.

Pricing and availability. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We work hard to keep stock levels accurate, but if an item oversells we'll contact you promptly with the option of a full refund or a wait for restock. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a price was clearly listed in error, we'll offer the correct price or a full refund before shipping.

Pre-orders. Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout and ship as soon as the product is available. Release dates come from manufacturers and can shift; we'll keep you updated on significant delays. Pre-orders may be cancelled before shipment; refunds are issued minus the payment processing fee. Release dates are estimates and delays can occur due to the manufacturer or shipping.

Order acceptance. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or resale bots on limited releases.

Limitation of liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
