Shipping policy

Where we ship from. We work with vendors in different countries, so your order ships either from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta, Canada or directly from overseas.

Where we ship to. We ship most of our products worldwide. We do not ship to Iran, Belarus, Kuwait, Morocco, North Macedonia, Qatar, the Russian Federation, or Ukraine. Some products carry additional shipping restrictions and cannot be sent to certain international destinations; this is noted where it applies.

Processing and delivery. Orders are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days and ship with a tracking number. Every model is inspected by us before it ships, which is why processing takes a little longer. When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping option you choose. Delivery delays can occur for reasons outside our control, such as customs processing or weather

Shipping rates. Rates for many items are weight-based. Final rate bands, multi-item handling and weight-rounding rules are awaiting confirmation.

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.

Duties and taxes. For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.
